We went to Belgium, the home of chocolate and the cradle of praline, to learn about the culture and art of fine pastry-making. Thanks to our collaboration with a great maitre chocolatier like Edouard Bechoux, we began our adventure in chocolate and today we enjoy talking about the many different specialities we tried our hand at, discovering real treasures of baking.

We have united our passion for chocolate with our love for simple things, creating products that we like to define unique, because they are different from usual, and honest, because they only contain ingredients that we have chosen.

Chocolate
When we talk about chocolate the first thing that we think of is our hot chocolate.
It is unique because it is made completely by us, according to the ancient traditional recipe. Made to measure because of its flavour, which is bold but light at the same time, it can be personalized with different natural spices, from cinnamon to chilli pepper to even star anise!

We have crossed the traditional English muffin with the symbol of Italian gastronomic tradition: our chocolate muffin is made without butter and with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Our chocolate tenerina is a cake for everyone who loves chocolate in all its forms. It is made without flour and without yeast, for a flavour that is 100% cacao.

For your palate only, we have created nougat without sugar, with 100% cacao, egg white, PGI trilobite hazelnuts from the Langhe and Italian sainfoin honey. Soft and delicate, it is our dedication to the typical Christmas tradition of Cremona.

Hazelnut Cream
Creamy and refined. This is how we like to define our hazelnut cream, which contains 45% of PGI trilobite hazelnuts from the Langhe and milk chocolate. How is it different from all the others? It is completely free of any type of flavouring.

The shape of our logo gives rise to one of our most representative products: the chocolate square. 12 types of very fine chocolate become a moment of pure pleasure. And our passion for tea has created unusual and delicious combinations: white with Matcha, milk chocolate with Jasmine, fondant Rose from Japan and Lapsang Souchong.
