Our journey in flavour is a never-ending one. In our workshops we look for recipes from bygone days and experiment with new flavours and combinations.

For your satisfaction, we follow the strictest rules for a healthy, digestible and authentic diet. We create unique and appetizing combinations, which have their roots in our gastronomic culture. Come and discover our soft and fragrant cakes, like the one with almond flour and carrots or the sponge cake with olive oil but no butter or yeast. Be tempted by our whole wheat biscuits with jasmine, our maize biscuits made with superfine flour and cane sugar, and don't miss our croissants made without sugar, with 100% whole wheat flour and acacia honey.

Gelato, the world we belong to and that inspires us every day, is the starting-point for delicious semi-frozen desserts such as the one with hazelnuts, made with the trilobite hazelnuts from the Langhe or the classic but timeless tiramisù. Our passionate search for ingredients is also reflected in our confectionery products such as the chestnut cake, which has the unique and unmistakable flavour of dried Calizzano chestnuts.
