Dear customers, we present you the first news since our opening. It is called InFermento and for us it is the symbol of our territory and of our restart, in the sign of a comeback to simple but things well done.
The fresh milk just collected from the Muriel di Palazzago farm, thanks to a lactic fermentation process of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus obtained in our laboratories, transforms and becomes a fresh and delicate yogurt, ideal with organic strawberries collected daily in our orchard "L'orto di Lalli" just 800 meters from Pasqualina di Almenno.
InFermento is the name that describes the spirit that we would like to convey to all of you.

We're hoping that you are all well and that this new life that awaits us outside is a little sweeter than it has been during this time.

And a special thought for all the mothers in the world, to those near and far, to those in smart working and to those on the front line.

To all the mothers who take care of our country every day: HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
